Lead Service Line Survey Cards

As some of you have already noticed, there is a survey card arriving in your mailboxes. This is a legitimate survey request from the Water Office. It is a mandated inventory of all water lines dictated by the EPA and back by our state agency. They are trying to locate and replace all lead service lines in the United States.

Please fill out the cards to the best of your knowledge and either put them back in the mail to go to the company helping us or drop them off at the Water Office.
